At VECTOR, we are committed to providing high-quality research compounds and excellent customer service. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain the following refund and return policy.

No Returns on Opened Products

All products sold by VECTOR are intended for research purposes only. Because of the sensitive nature of these materials, we do not accept returns on any opened or used products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

To assist with your request, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect product
  • Photos of the shipping packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Lost Shipments

If a shipment is lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate the issue with the shipping carrier. VECTOR will work with the carrier to determine the status of the shipment and provide a resolution when possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only under the following circumstances:

  • The wrong item was shipped
  • The item arrived damaged
  • The product cannot be delivered due to carrier failure

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
